Sheraton Exhibitor Form - PSMLA is paying for wireless access. The intenet fee applies only if you wish to use the wire. Please use the form for shipment.

Parking information at Station Square - Exhibitors are eligible for conference discount. For those staying at the Hotel, the Front Desk will validate the parking. If you are not staying at Sheraton, please let us know in advance so we will be able to request your chasers. This discount is for the garage located directly across from the Hotel and the Sheraton lot beside the hotel.

Room reservation

You can call central reservations at 888-627-7029 and inform Reservations you wish to reserve a room under the PA State Modern Language 2018 Conference block. The rate is $139.00/night.

Set up

You can set up your table between 6PM and 8PM on Oct. 11.

The cost of exhibiting

for the two days is as follows:

• 1 table (up to 2 representatives) - $160 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
• 2 tables (up to 4 representatives) - $295 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
• 3 tables (up to 6 representatives) - $410 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
• Each representative can purchase lunch for $30 per day per person. If you register to attend the conference, your lunch would be included in the registration fee.
