Exhibitors who wish to mail packages can send it to:

Clearly mark your box with your company name and indicate the box for PSMLA/PACIE Conference exhibit hall. The boxes should arrive to Holiday Inn on October 1 or later. In order to send the boxes back to your office, have your packing tapes and return labels ready and drop them off to the Front Desk. PSMLA or Holiday Inn will not be responsible for items left in the exhibit hall. Please make sure that shipment of items back to your office is taken care of before you leave.
The cost of exhibiting (SAME PRICE FOR EIGHT STRAIGHT YEARS!)
for the two days is as follows:
1 table (up to 2 representatives) - $150 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
2 tables (up to 4 representatives) - $285 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
3 tables (up to 6 representatives) - $400 - There is an option to add represenatives for $50 per person, which will offset the cost for continental breakfast and wine & cheese reception for additional person.
Each representative can purchase lunch for $25 per day per person. The exhibit room will be locked during the lunch time so you will be able to join us for lunch. If you register to attend the conference, your lunch would be included in the registration fee.
