Online Registration is a two-step process.  NOTE:  In order to register online, you MUST have an e-mail program on the computer you are using.  To verify that this was sent, check your "Sent mail" folder.
1.  Fill out registration form and hit send details. 
2.  Then choose the payment amount and submit credit card info for payment.

The Pre-Conference Workshop is Thursday, October 16, 2008.    Your Pre-Conference workshop rate includes lunch.
Act 48 Credit is available.
 
 
After September 26, 2008, the conference fees will increase.
Fees include:  continental breakfast and lunch each day.
 
Friday's lunch will be a buffet offering sliced roast beef, vegetarian lasagna, scalloped potatoes, steamed vegetables, Caesar salad and assorted desserts.
 
Membership Fee for Non-Members is paid only once.

Please note: This is a new system this year and we do have bugs to work out. Please fill out all fields in the form. If you are sending this form, your computer does need to be set up to send emails. If you are not sure your form went through, please email the Conference committee to double check. If you experience problems with the shopping cart:

If you are using your school computer and you can't get the shopping cart to work, then this is caused by your school's computer security system blocking the site.



Please note: When paying by credit card, your transaction is not complete until you receive a webpage stating: accepted, declined or fraud. Registering with our shopping cart does not complete your order until you have been directed to one of the above stated webpages. If your credit card has been declined, your credit card was not charged. If you receive "fraud", this is a security measure so that credit cards can not be charged several times for the one purchase. This fraud message usually happens if you put your credit card through one time, was declined, and then you try it again. If you are paying for more than one person with the same credit card and purchasing the exact same dollar amount, then you will also receive the fraud message. If you receive the fraud message, your credit card was not charged.
