At the Radisson, the conference will give you access to exhibitors in over 30,000 square feet of meeting space and in the newly renovated conference center. The rooms are equipped with sleep number beds, a 25" cable television, a full-sized iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a coffeemaker, a data port, voicemail, and a large working desk. Business services are available on site. The hotel offers complimentary High-Speed Internet Access in all 465 guest rooms! You can also take advantage of Wireless High-Speed Internet Access in the lobby, bar or lounge.
 
The hotel features a heated indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by a large patio and tiki bar, a hydrotherapy pool, a sauna, a fully equipped fitness center, and guest membership privileges for the courts at the Green Tree Sportsplex, in addition to complimentary airport shuttle service and free parking.
 
Four different restaurants on site will serve you well! - The Market Snack Shoppe, Noble Roman's Pizza, Block and Barrel Deli specialties, and of course the full-service Rivers Restaurant (not to forget room service!).
 
And for a Friday night out, we’re thinking about goin’ bowling at the lanes right behind the hotel. So pack your jeans and your bowling shoes, and come see us!
 
To qualify for the Advance Registration lower rate for the conference, be sure to register on or before September 26th, 2008
 
Member price for the pre-conference workshop : $70.00
Member price for a one day attendance : $90.00
Member price for the two day conference : $155.00
 
But wait - if you are accepted to present, the member rates are $60.00 per day or $90.00 for two days!
