Your organization has the opportunity to gain more publicity by donating promotional “freebies” (i.e. pens, notepads, name tags, lanyards, folders etc.) that will be given to the Conference participants as they arrive. 

If you would like to do so, you may simply bring these items with you, or arrange to have them sent in advance by contacting Bob & Denise Hall, or Bonnie Youngs.
