RESERVE AN EXHIBIT TABLE
We have over 60 tables available in the Grand Ballroom. To see the floor plan of the hotel, click here. The exhibit area will be where you see “West, East, South, North”. To see a more detailed floor plan of the exhibitor area, click here and choose your table(s).
We would like the exhibit tables to be reserved no later than September 25th. To secure participation, reservations will be honored in the order in which they are received. Payment MUST be included with your reservation.
The cost of exhibiting (SAME AS LAST
YEAR!) for the two days is as follows:
1 table - $150 --- 2 tables - $285 --- 3 tables - $400
If you would like electricity, internet access, there will be additional surcharges. You will arrange the electricity directly through the convention center, not with PSMLA. If you need electricity, get the form by clicking here.
To request your table(s), please submit this registration form, or simply include the needed information in an e-mail. If more than one organization requests the same spot, preference will be given to who paid first.

Shortly after you make your request, you will receive a letter either confirming or denying your participation. Those whose applications cannot be honored will have their checks returned. Information regarding set-up and exhibit times, lodging etc. will be included in a letter to be sent in the summer.
* Please note, as of March 2001, PSMLA will no longer provide refunds if reservations
are cancelled.
