The Pennsylvania State Modern Language Association (PSMLA), Pennsylvania’s only statewide professional organization for Language Teachers, releases its annual publication, the Forum, in the Spring.  The Forum, which contains information on activities, developments and research in foreign language teaching and learning, reaches hundreds of teachers statewide.
